Mixed Martial Arts, otherwise known as MMA, is a sport in which a combination of striking, wrestling and grappling techniques are all combined to submit and outmaneuver the person across from you. It is the truest test of a complete martial artist! If you’re looking for a way to inspire true physical change in your life, MMA is a great place to start that journey.

Our teachers have decades of experience teaching martial arts, and our owner is a Fifth Degree Black Belt Master in Shaolin Kempo Karate. Our goal is to help them improve their stamina, flexibility, balance, and self-defense skills.
